Man shoplifts believing supermarket belongs to him

He was charged in a magistrate’s court with shoplifting two bottles of gin worth RM91.98 from a supermarket but the 53-year-old man was under the delusion that the supermarket belonged to him.

He claimed that “I didn’t steal. I heard voices telling me to go and take the bottles. The supermarket is mine, how can that be considered stealing?”

He said this when he was called up Tuesday at a magistrate’s court after a psychiatric report on him was tendered.

However, insisted that he wished to plead guilty to the charge of stealing two bottles of Rose Mary Churchill Dry Gin from the Giant supermarket in Penang Plaza, Burmah Road, at 12.35pm on July 2.

This prompted the court to explain to him that his psychiatric report had established he was of unsound mind and unaware of his offence and that he would be sent to stay at the psychiatric hospital.

Biker fails to notice missing leg

A Japanese biker failed to notice his leg had been severed below the knee when he hit a safety barrier, and rode on for more than a mile, leaving a friend to pick up the missing limb.

The 54-year-old office worker was out on his motorcycle with a group of friends in the city of Hamamatsu, west of Tokyo, on Monday, when he was unable to negotiate a curve in the road and bumped into the central barrier, the Mainichi Shimbun said.

He felt excruciating pain, but did not notice that his right leg was missing until he stopped at the next junction, the paper quoted local police as saying.

The man and his leg were taken to a hospital, but the limb had been crushed in the collision, the paper said.

The man was really enjoying his ride, till he don't even felt the pain!!!

Sultan Azlan Shah airport upgrade is off

The plan to upgrade the terminal building and lengthen the runway of the under-utilised Sultan Azlan Shah Airport is off.

Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Tajol Rosli Ghazali said this was because the state government was concerned that money spent on the project might not generate the growth needed to boost economic activities in Ipoh and Perak.

We need to look at other alternatives,” he said yesterday after attending a day with customers of Perak Tengah district office here, about 45km from Ipoh.
The airport in Ipoh is currently under-utilised, with only twice weekly flights from Ipoh to Medan.

Tajol Rosli pointed out that it would cost some RM70mil to lengthen the current runway to accommodate a Boeing 737, which could only ply the Kuala Lumpur-Ipoh route.
“This would not generate the growth needed for Ipoh.

He added that it would cost some RM309mil to upgrade the airport to allow an A320 Airbus to land with a limited fuel load, but the aircraft would not be able to fly to foreign destinations like Bangkok, Jakarta and Madras.

“So the airport will still be used only for the Ipoh-Kuala Lumpur sector,” he said.
One alternative, he said, was to build an airport near the town here, which would benefit the surrounding towns of Tronoh and Batu Gajah too.

“When the highway to Lumut is completed, then foreigners could even be drawn into buying second homes near here or in Pangkor Island,” he said.

Well, they might as well just close down then entire airport since it's under-utilised, use that piece of land to do some other useful stuff !!!
He was the one who suggested that the airport will be upgraded, when the upgrade is approved, he dun want !!

If the airport is not upgraded, FOREVER there will be no planes bigger than 737 can land in the airport!!

HOW can airlines plan for any international routes for ipoh if the airport is not upgraded ??
then blames will go to the airlines again n again for not making ipoh one of their destination.

Petrol kiosks to operate 24/7

Wat da hell?
operating hours from 7am to 10pm?
supermarket?
mini market?
or da restaurant near your house?

They are talking about Petrol kiosks !!!
The Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister, did the right thing for not allowing the Petroleum Dealers Association to do what they want. Their claims are not logical at all.

Closing these kiosks at 10pm would jeopardise the interests of the people and the economy!!
Means no more night travelling, if really so happen you car run out of petrol.. too bad, just leave your car where it is and wait till the Petrol kioks opens at 7am.

Man threw his wife off a 10th-floor flat

The man who allegedly threw his wife off a 10th-floor flat has two other wives living with him.

The 41-year-old woman, who died on the spot, was the man's first wife.

It is believed that the man was under the influence of alcohol when he threw his wife from the flat during a fight at 5.30pm on Sunday.

The woman's 87-year-old grandmother, who was trying to stop the fight, died of a heart attack after seeing her granddaughter being thrown off the block of flats.

WHAT IS HAPPENING??????
I thought those only happen in movies??
In real life, such ridiculous things happen.

Pet Cemetery

what happen?
what happen?
this blog was abandon for so long.
i even found some spiderwebs hanging around when i login.
hehehehehe

anyway anyone of you heard of pet cemetery???

Well the 20,000 sq feet cemetery is exclusively for cats and dogs. As many pet owners were children, the cemetery was designed with a children’s theme park in mind.

Workers will pick up the remains of the animal from home, place it in a sealed body bag and send it to the cemetery where specialists would disinfect the body before placing the animal into a specially-made coffin.

The animal will be buried within 24 hours and a tombstone will be erected.

Lecture 3

Teacher : Ali & Abu owns a Proton Saga. Ali's car is silver colour, what colour is Abu's car?
Student : .........
Teacher : eh... ok ok, Ali's car is coated with metalic paint, Abu's car is not. So what colour is Abu's car?
Student : ........
Teacher : eh.... there are 4 non metalic colour, red, blue, white and black. So what colour is Abu's car?
Student : ......
Teacher : When Abu purchased his car, there are only 2 colours left for him to choose, black or white. So what colour is Abu's car?
Student : ......
Teacher : Abu's wife don't like black colour ma, so Abu's car is white lo..... Sigh...
....
....
Teacher : Ok, now try this question. Bobby and Steven own a Perodua Kancil, Bobby's car is black colour, what colour is Steven's car?

***Sigh, imagine you are attending Lecture 1, Lecture 2 !! No one understands what the lecturer is lecturing. Hmmmmm may be he himself understands.***

Lecture 2

Teacher : E > F

.....bla bla........
.....bla bla...
..... bla bla....

Teacher : By using this equation C+D = 10,
Teacher : Lets say C = 2, D = 3
Teacher : C+D = 5, so not equal to 10, then we modified the equation to C+D+E = 10,
Teacher : Then assume E = 2

Teacher : C+D+E = 7, still not equal to 10
Teacher : To get the answer as 10,
Teacher : C+D+E+F = 10, we can find F = 3
Teacher : Thus we solve the question by assume E = 2, and we will be able to find F = 3

***Stupid !! Can just assume E = 5 then end of story. Or better still, find the value of E !!! No need to use F also***

Student : But it does not satisfied E>F
Teacher : Who said so? E > F !!
Student : 2 > 3 ????
Teacher : Aiyah, just assume all negative la

Teacher : C+D+E+F = -10,
Teacher : C = -2, D = -3, E = -2, F = -3,
Teacher : -2 > -3.
Teacher : E>F !! Correct or not?

Student : ...............

Lecture 1

Teacher : We can find the value of a by using the following equation, a = b+c. a would be a valid answer if a = 0 !

.....bla bla...
..... bla bla....
.... bla bla....

Teacher : a = b-c, if b = 0, c = 1,
Teacher : we would get a = -1, so the answer for a is not valid.
Student : but u mention earlier that a = b+c .

Teacher : did i? u saw the wrong equation la..

**teacher quickly refer back to the text book and found that it's true that a = b+c**

Teacher : ok, so a = b+c,
Teacher : we obtain the value of a = -1 with the equation a = b-c.
Student : u just mention that a = b+c, but why u r using a = b-c to solve the question???
Teacher : because a=b-c !!
Student : huh????? how come different from what u mention earlier?
Teacher : just follow la a = b-c .
Teacher : aiyoh, a = b-c ...... a=-1 and a =b+c ......a=1
Teacher : both the value of a also not equals to zero!! so what is the difference? value of a is still not valid.
Student : ...............
