Essay Competition??

I wonder how are they going to evaluate the essay???

instead of category?

Well I thought the competiton had already been divided in to two categories? Or they are still thinking to joining both of it.

"Winners will receive cash prizes and certificate" ?

Eh, so many winners, so many cash prizes to be given away, but only one certificate to be shared among them.
